Improved the speed of execution of the macro while running the macro in Internet Explorer using hotkeys.

Significantly improved response time for hotkeys. Now when you press a hotkey, macro runs instantly. Workspace Macro Pro loading time is also reduced.
Minor usability related fixes for Windows Vista.
First time when Workspace Macro Pro starts, it asks if user would like to see Flash demo. This will make it easier for new users.

System command like Shutdown, Restart etc. now prompts the user and waits for 30 seconds before performing the respective action.
