1. General
Launch-n-Go is a powerful but easy to use program launcher that provides convenient shortcuts to your favorites files, programs, websites and
predefined computer commands like Restart, Shutdown, or open My Computer, etc.
With Launch-n-Go you can get search results from Google, MSN & Yahoo, all three at the same time. You can also use
Launch-n-Go to insert pre-typed paragraphs, templates or current date & time to any active window.
Using Launch-n-Go assign hotkeys or keywords to anything in your computer or to your favorite websites or commands and launch it instantly.

Add keyword or hotkey for frequently used documents / programs / commands. For example, Add keyword 'mail' or
hotkey 'Ctrl + Alt + M' to Outlook Express program. Next time type 'mail' in LnG desktop toolbar or press hotkey combination to launch Outlook Express.

2. Installation / Uninstallation of Launch-n-Go
Launch-n-Go 2.5 works on Windows XP / 2000 / 2003.

After successful installation of the software, to activate Launch-n-Go desktop toolbar, right click on taskbar
> Select Toolbars > Click Launch-n-Go. If Launch-n-Go toolbar doesn't appear, wait ten seconds and try again - Windows
takes a few seconds to discover the existence of a newly installed toolbar.

If you have Windows XP, right click on taskbar & uncheck "Lock the Taskbar". Now
stretch the toolbar edit box in the task bar by double clicking it.

Right-click on the "LnG" caption of the toolbar (or the little gripper to the left of the toolbar if you've
hidden the caption) and select "Close Toolbar". To uninstall Launch-n-Go 2.5, go to Launch-n-Go Menu (default: Start
> Programs > Launch-n-Go) and click on Uninstall Launch-n-Go. Follow the uninstall wizard to uninstall the software.

Click Buy Launch-n-Go desktop toolbar and follow the instructions on the page to buy the software.
If you have already installed the trial version, you will not need to re-install the application onto your computer. We will
send you a registration key, username and instructions to the email address that you provide during the purchase. Use these to

Activate Launch-n-Go desktop toolbar or start Launch-n-Go List program. Choose the “Enter
Key” button and follow instructions to enter your username and registration key.

Right click on LnG toolbar > Click Close Toolbar or Right click on taskbar > Toolbars > Click Launch-n-Go.

Open Launch-n-Go application. Click Tools > “Import Keywords or Hotkeys”. In Import Keywords or hotkeys – wizard, select
“Launch-n-Go 1.0” & select LnGMap.TXT file from the installation folder of Launch-n-Go 1.0. Follow wizard steps to complete Import operation.

Make your own LnG keyword and hotkey list and create a category. Use the import-export feature to share it with others. For
example, create a category with keywords and hotkeys pertaining to music or
sports and share it with friends or create commonly used business tasks and share it with colleagues.

4a. Documents/Programs/Folders
Right click on any document/ program/ folder for which you want to add keyword or hotkey.
Click on Add keyword or hotkey to Launch-n-Go. Add keyword or hotkey & click on save. You can also add keyword and hotkey from Launch-n-Go program.

4b. Websites
Yes. In IE go to Tools->Internet Options, Advanced tab. Under browsing uncheck 'Reuse windows for launching shortcut'.

4c. Commands
With Launch-n-Go you can get search results from Google, MSN or Yahoo. If you prefer you can also search in all 3 search engines together.
For e.g., just type ‘s;office’ in the Launch-n-Go Toolbar & press enter to search for ‘office’ in Google, MSN or Yahoo.

Type the search keyword followed by a semicolon and then the search text, for example 'espn;baseball' in the Launch-n-Go toolbar and press 'Enter' key.
This will open your default browser, and instantly show you search results for 'baseball' in ESPN.

Yes. Launch-n-Go offers many predefined computer commands like Shutdown, Restart
or open My Computer, etc. Assign keyword or hotkey to any of these commands & execute it using keyword or hotkey.

4d. Insert
To insert text / date-time using keyword, you have to type <prefix><insert text keyword> in the window in which the insert text to be inserted.

Tab, Page up, Home, Arrow keys, Ctrl, Alt, F1-F12 etc. keys are special
keys. In insert text command, you create sequence of keystroke to automate an insert text operation in which such special keystrokes are used.

The prefix keys are to be typed before every insert text keyword. You can
create a keyword of type ‘Insert Text’ in Launch-n-Go and assign a keyword ‘email’ to it and save the actual text of the email in Launch-n-Go.
Every time you type a word #email in the email window, it will be replaced by the actual
email text. The prefix (#) for the keywords can be changed from Tools->Options.

In Launch-n-Go go to Tools -> Options… Enter prefix keys in the text box & click Ok. As a prefix keys, do not use the characters that you normally use in insert text keyword.
