Problems maximising progs minimised on taskbar?

When recording a macro there seems to be a problem maximising programs minimised on the task bar. For example, I start the macro recording, click one of the minimised programs and then stop recording. I minimise the program again and run the macro but all that happens is the name appears (in yellow) next to the minimised program, but it doesn't maximise. I have tried this numerous ways, it perhaps relates to the task bar?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try using keystrokes, 'Alt+Tab' to activate the required window.
