Default Help with arrow keys

I am using this macro to operate on a game. And I seem to be having issues making it 100% work using the arrow keys, it seems like the delay isn't allowing my movement of arrow keys. All other keys work fine, and mouse clicks. Just not the arrow keys. Please explain.

Hello,

Is it an online game? If yes, could you please send us URL of it so that we can try recreating the scenario at our end?

It's just that the arrow key's don't make my character move like he should, is it the delay? If so, how should I fix it?

Hello,

It is very strange that arrow keys do not work with your macro. However, could you please try this? While recording after you perform an action, wait for few seconds so that command gets enough time to execute on replay.
Alternatively, try using MouseKeys. Left ALT+Left SHIFT+NUM LOCK: Toggles MouseKeys on and off.

Hope that helps.

This did not work, mouse click did not work, neither did waiting a few seconds. He moves some, but not quite as much as he is supposed to.

I can't do that. The arrow keys work with all other things, the character just doesn't move. There has to be a solution to this. I payed money for this program, I need it to work.

Sincerely.
