Getting Macros to work on Vista

Hi, I use macros in my business of medical transcription. My new computer uses Windows Vista. Vista refuses to allow me to use my macros. The windows site says that Vista was made to no longer allow macros. Can anyone tell me how I can use my macros with Vista? Thanks, Rose

Could you please check if User Account Control (UAC) has turned on or off on new PC? You can find UAC option under Start->Settings->Control Panel->User Accounts. Click on option, Turn User Account Control on or off, uncheck the check box that says Use UAC to help protect your computer and click on Ok button. Now, try to open the software again.
