Did you ever get a answer to this? I bought the Workspace Macro product a couple of years ago, and since then I've lost the key in computer and mail account swaps. Nowhere on the site is there any information on how to get a new key or have the old one emailed. I payed for this product so I'm expecting some kind of redundancy when it comes to costumers actually getting to use it. So I'd like to know how I should go about getting the key back, can I email support and ask for it? (If I mail from the registered email) |

Hello, If you have lost your key, not a problem. All you need to do is send us following information at http://www.tethyssolutions.com/support_form.htm. 1. Your full name that you specified while purchasing the product. 2. The email address that you used to register the product. 3. Your contact no. for our follow-up. 4. Your mode of payment i.e. Credit Card or PayPal or Cheque. As soon as we have received the above mentioned details, we shall process the same on top priority and get your software registered at the earliest. |
