Workspace macro is not executing a keystrokes command

I am trying to automate workspace macro to open multiple url's from .csv document, but i have a problem with this keystrokes commands [CTRL DOWN]t[CTRL UP] and [CTRL DOWN]v[CTRL UP]. The first one opens a new tab in mozilla firefox, the second paste the url in the address bar. The first command is working fine but it sometimes doesn't execute the second keystroke command (don't paste the url in the address bar). I tried what i can, but i can't fix it.

Can you give me some advice?

If possible, can you please send us the macro that you have prepared in Workspace Macro? We need to know the exact script as there are different ways in which you can perform the same task. Though we would like to recommend you to make use of delays after inserting the Keystroke [CTRL DOWN]t[CTRL UP] as it takes time to open up a new tab.
