Default Problem to Start Workspace Macro

Hi there. Ive downloaded the trial version to check it out before i might purchase the program

The thing is , i canīt even start it.

When i start the program i get an window letting me chose between "Try It" "Enter key" and "Buy Now!"

If i drag the window i can see another smaller window beneith it reading "loading"

So when i pressed the "Try It!" buttom the first time, i did got an windows error message which i didnt read.

Every other time i try to start the program it just shuts down(!?) or dissapear when i press the "Try It!" button.

I read that i maybe needed some visual drivers from windows wich i downloaded. But it didnt help

Im running on Windows Vist 64 bit, i did try to change in preference to run it in Win XP (SP2) mode, with same result

Pls someone help me

Update:
Got my hands on the error message

"Error: Access Violoation at 0x00405085 (tried to read from 0x405DA5B1). Program Terminated"

Have updated everything by windows update for my vista 64 bit so i dont know what to do more

Hello,

This may occur when the Windows Script Host and/or the Visual Basic run time system files on your machines have been corrupted.

Please find below the links to install them

1. Visual Basic Run-time
Download details: Service Pack 6 for Visual Basic 6.0: Run-Time Redistribution Pack (vbrun60sp6.exe)

2. Windows Script Host
Download details: Windows Script 5.6 for Windows XP and Windows 2000

You might be required to reboot your machine after you install the above-mentioned files. As you finish doing this, try to reinstall the product and see if you can use it without any problem or not.

In addition, Can you please check if User Account Control (UAC) has turned on or off on new PC. You can find UAC option under Start->Settings->Control Panel->User Accounts. Click on option, Turn User Account Control on or off, uncheck the check box that says Use UAC to help protect your computer and click on Ok button. Now, try to open the software again.

Also, we would request you to please go to Control Panel, System-> Advanced and change DEP to be for "Microsoft essential programs only". Switch DEP to "Turn on DEP for essential Windows programs and services only" and try to launch Workspace Macro again and see if this helps.

Also, try disabling the DEP (Data Execution Prevention) for Workspace Macro.
1) Open the Windows Vista control panel, then the "System and Maintenance" item.
2) Open the "System" item there, then the "Advanced System Settings" on the left side.
3) On the Advanced tab, click the Settings button in the Performance area.
4) Finally, on the Data Execution Prevention, add Workspace Macro to the list of exceptions.

Please let us know how it goes.
