I forget how I use random strings and keystrokes

I have Workspace Macro 6.5 and I forget how I am able to use random keystrokes and strings, can anyone help? I'm at the editting macro page and looking for the option in keystrokes but I'm not getting anywhere, any help much appreciated.

You can use the random variable created with 'Insert Keystrokes' command from Insert Variable list box.
