Error!

I just purchased the program and I was emailed a Name and Key. I typed it in exactly, with the correct capitalization and nothing will work.

It simply says

The name/key you entered does not appear to be valid. Please Try Again.

I tried the older installer as well as the demo on the website now. Maybe I was sent a bad key?
