Making the macro 'Intelligent'

I would like to create a list of schools and addresses from a web page.

My question is, if each town has a different number of schools how can i make the macro copy all of them.

I only know how to record keystrokes, so at the moment if i record collecting the information on the first town which has 5 schools, then it moves to the next town that has 10 schools, it will only collect the first 5 schools.

How can i make a macro gather all the information i want no matter how many schools there are?
