Having tremendous problems just getting a basic script to run with Smart Record

I am having a lot of difficulty just getting past the login on our application that is designed in .net. I am using the smart recorder with the silverlilght selection and single avatar per page. When I record a simple login the ID/PW is accepted as normal during the record (ID editbox has the default verbiage 'User Name' in the editbox which clears when clicking in editbox during ID entry). When I replay the script the default verbiage keeps reappearing in the editbox causing the user ID to be invalid when the ENTER is clicked (ie: Enter UserIDlbrian12). When the script executes the ID editbox contains both the default verbiage and the real usr ID. I have tried everything to get this to go away and sometimes it is fixed and them comes back other times I cannot not get it to work at all. The company has had me spending alot of hours on this and we are not getting anywhere and very badly need one on one assistance with this. Company is Scientific Games and we have a support contract.

We need this assistance asap!!!
