Default Constant Path/File Access error messages

I am using Testing Anywhere Client.
Running on a Windows 7, 64 bit machine.

Frequently, I get a popup with 'Path/File access error'. When I click 'ok', TA randomly chops chunks off of the script I am trying to save.

It wouldn't be so bad if it reverted to 'last saved' version but, it doesn't. It literally selects a chunk of the script at random, erases it and returns to normal.

The first few times, I didn't realise it was doing this and thought I was imagining adding code. But, I have started doing a 'Ctrl+A', 'Ctrl+C' before any action now. This way I can paste the entire script back in and keep trying until it saves accurately.

I have replaced the hard drive and reinstalled windows in the hope it was a hardware issue but it didn't make any change.

Note: It's not just during a save I get this. I also get it sometimes when adding a line by dragging a function from the left side AND it happens while a script is running.

And suggestions?

Anyone?

Please!!

Hello,

This is very strange as we have never heard or seen such type of behaviour before. However, let us investigate.

Path/File access error occurs when program does not have rights or access to a file. Can you please check if your My Document folder has full control rights? Often this is caused when a program is trying to access a file/network file it doesn't have proper access to either because of network privileges or something is blocking the program. This issue can also be caused when the file is being used by another program or is read-only.

Hope that helps.
