When saving a test don’t disable debugging, > Test Editor TA 7.0<

If I’m debugging and want to save the test without running it, TA disables the debugger, forcing the user to re enable it. Its just down right annoying.

If the user has debugging enabled please leave it enabled until the user chooses to disable debugging.
