Hello,

If layout of webpage is same then Web recorder will take care of changing parameters in a URL. You just have to record the task once, if you want to run the same task with different parameters then make use of variables in place of a fixed value and run the task. Web Recorder will take care of dynamic URL.

Moreover, advanced view of 'Manage Web Control' command allows you to capture web control by caption, index and attributes also they all provide variable support.

This not have anything to do with URL ...

Is does with dynamic web fields..

Where you can add fields.. as much you need on page and number of fields it will not be same every time..

even if its same number of fields, its much eaiser to do task if you can put variable in Fields name so you can do Loops in that case

Even there is many other situations, where i wanted just to change some data in Step 3: Control Details after some change but was not able, then need to go again recored some part of task to make it working

We can change control details (caption, index and the attribute) from Advanced View. They all have the variable support. If you can provide an example of such dynamic web fields/website then we can create specific task to get a clear idea.

But i need to change field name


becuse filed name change only by incrementing numbers...

and you cant change atributes in advanced view if that is not for that field..
