Just tried it and yes it can still occur. Doesn't fail every time, but out of the last 5 runs, the same test has failed for the same reason 3 times, and run fine twice.

I have since deleted every instance of a test that appears in the reports. It no longer exists *anywhere* on my hard drive, nor in any other type of document (text, log, etc). Nothing with that name...

It seems when you run a test/run suite report, the entries in the report are duplicated for each test, run suite.

I couldn't figure out why until I looked in...
