Default Having to set user profile to power user to run

I am using both Launch and go and workspace macro pro to launch a program and shut it down using nothing but a scanner. It works fine under my profile with admin rights. When I log in as a normal "authenticated user" I get an error stating that I must first log in as administrator and then it will work on all accounts. The only way I have found to resolve this so far is to elevate this account to "power user" however this is a service account and I really don't want to give them that much access. Any suggestions are welcome.

Hello Joe,

You can overcome this issue by following below mentioned steps.

1) Login with Administrator account.
2) Provide proper rights (Read and Write) to 'All Users' folder under C:\Documents and Settings.
3) Now, login with Non-Administrative account and try opening the software again.
