Vista/7 Incompatibility

Nothing but trouble with LnG & Vista/7. Allows (usually) 9 shortcut uses, then does not respond. Must File/Refresh (F5) to reactivate. Also usually drops first character of shortcut. Always works fine on good 'ole WXP, even thru GoToMyPC. Have un-and-re-installed from disc, without success. Anybody else?

Can you please elaborate the first two issues so we can suggest appropriate solution?

Regarding dropping the first character, can you please try restarting your machine and see if you still face the similar issue?

To elaborate:

It seems as if WV7 allows only a limited number of shortcut uses before it "logs off" L&G. After (sometimes 5, sometimes 9) several uses, shortcut no longer functions. If I close and re-open the program (or refresh in L&G-Alt-F-F5), I get several more uses, then WV7 overrides it again.

Regarding "dropping" the first character of the shortcut, I have, of course re-booted, with unpredictable success-sometimes it works OK (for several uses), sometimes continues to "drop" the first character. For example, the shortcut should read: "Pack Creek Road," but displays "ack Creek Road." I have tried both Ctrl keys, have even switched from wireless MS keyboard to wired HP keyboard that came with PC, to change.

I can export the shortcuts to my older PC running XP, and they work fine.

May I assume you (Tethys) are using WV7, no problem?

I have the exact same problem; but tech support also told me they could not reproduce the problem
