Default Recording a task can't be stopped

Hello,
we use Automation Anywhere 4.5.2 on Windows VISTA and we have a problem by recording a new task. Sometimes, you can start and stop recording, but sometimes you can't stop it.
When you can't stop it, the window, which contains the button "stop", is inactive and the process of "Automation Anywhere" gets 50% of the CPU. You can temporarily solve the problem by logging off and on at the computer
or by restarting "Automation Anywhere" and all dependent processes.
Have anybody an idea, whats the cause of this problem?
