Data Entry Using Patterns

I'm trying to go down the member list of (links) of a VBulletin forum and send private messages/visitor messages to all its members (from a text that's been pre-prepared in a txt file). What's the easiest way to do this? Any concept for doing data entry (for the web) in patterns?
