Hello, Please try these settings, 1. Right click on My computer -> Select Properties from context menu item. 2. Go to Advance setting->Settings 3. Settings->Go to the Data Execution Prevention tab. 4. Select the option “Turn on DEP for essential Windows programs and services only” and click Apply. Also, you need to change following setting for IE. 1. IE->Tools->Options->Security tab and uncheck the enable protected mode(require restarting internet explorer) checkbox 2. Go to Privacy Tab and uncheck the Turn on pop blocker check box. Hope that helps. |
