Yes, it is possible.
If your machine is domain controlled then the Username, which you specify in Tools --> Options --> Auto Login Settings, should be Domain name\Username. Similarly, while creating schedule also Username should be Domain name\Username. For e.g. if Domain name is 'Tethys' and Username is 'Administrator' then you should specify Username like this 'Tethys\Administrator'.
Note: You have to provide the same username and password with which you are logged in to windows.
In addition, Automation Anywhere provides you with 'Unlock Keystrokes' feature with Autologin, in which you can simulate the actions to unlock the machine.
You can find 'Unlock Keystrokes' textbox in Autologin Settings dialog box under Tools->Options. You can specify the series of keystrokes you use to unlock the machine from the keystrokes list by pressing '...' button next to 'Unlock Keystrokes' textbox.
