Default String Length ()

Is there an easy way to determine if a variable is of a certain length
eg len("abcdefg") = 7 etc

Hello,

You can call a VB script that finds the string length using 'Run Script' command. You can pass parameters to VB script. Also, there is an option to specify the return value in your scripts.

We have attached a sample task for you convenience. To run this task,

. Please copy it under location, 'C:\...\My Documents\Automation Anywhere\Automation Anywhere\My Tasks' folder.
. copy .vbs under c:\.

Task would show you the string length in a message box.

Hope that helps.
