Question Download File command does not work on websites that require a digital certificate

I'm trying to download a file from a website using the "download file" command. The website requires a digital certificate to access it. I have the digital certificate installed on my machine, and automation anywhere can browse to the web page without problems. However, it cannot run the "download file" command, it just fails and a message pops up saying "Automation Anywhere Error" in the header and "Error while downloading file. An error occurred at line number X. Please open the task in the Task Editor to view the action at line number X.

How can I download a file that is on a website that requires a digital certificate? I cannot use the anything that requires interaction (ie. key presses), as the task will be running in the background.

Thank you!

Tyler
