Angry AA5 Web Recorder requiring workstation/domain admin rights

Guys

We have an issue with the AA5 Web Recorder software requiring users to have domain or workstation admin rights to run. Without admin rights the software errors out when IE is launched.
I have tried this with an admin account and without and it only works when the user is an administrator on the workstation.
Monitoring the software while running shows that it is trying to wright to HKLM, which the users do not have access to.
Could you supply some guidance on how to get round this issue?

AA Version: 5
Windows: Windows XP SP3

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Web Recorder can work in standard user account however, you need full rights to My Documents folder. Can you send us screenshot of error that you receive so that we can actually see and suggest a solution?

Unhappy

Thanks for the info.
In this instance the 'My documents' folder resides on a network drive. This user has full control the folder and all sub folders, but obviously not the root folder where the personal folder resides, will this have any impact on this process?
I will get a copy of the error to you.
Thanks
