Pop-up doesn't close after send key stroke

Hello,

I am using AA3.5 to automate a server login with AT&T Global Network Client.
I can initiate the AT&T client, connect to the server (Alt C) and issue the command to disconnect from the server (Alt D).

When I issue the disconnect command the process issues a popup window asking to confirm the request.

The problem is when I issue 'Y' to the active window I can see the window receives the character as the Yes button blinks. The problem is nothing further happens. It should close the pop-up window and disconnect from the server.

What might be I doing wrong?

Try adding a 1 second delay before selecting the yes button.

I already have a 5 second delay between key strokes.

Any other ideas?

Try using a mouse click on specific window or [ENTER] keystroke in specific window.
