Default Manipulating Data in a .csv File

I extracted data into a .csv file. Most of the data have 2 text bullets describing the products. About 500 records only had 1 bullet of text. I need to go through the file, find these records & shift them 1 cell to the right to line up my price & SKU info in the right columns.

Is this possible? Are there any samples I can use as an example? I have attached some sample data.

Is this something you need to do on a regular basis or just a one-time thing?

If its on a regular basis and/or part of another task then AA can do the trick. Otherwise, a series of Excel functions will do it just as well. I created the functions you can use to line up the data in the attached file. The highlighted columns contain the results and the formulas. If you're going to do this regularly, I would suggest recording this as an Excel macro and have AA call the macro through the Excel tasks.
