E-Mail Fails to Send Consistently

I have read the suggestions and implementd the solutions in the forums: Start > Run and type in regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Automation Anywhere 6.6\AOSMTP.dll"

and installing the Ayir.exe.

I have tested this completely on 4 workstations and right after completing these steps the .EXE successfully sends the e-mail. It then works about 3 or 4 more times.

However, after 1 week the same task fails.

This has happened in this cycle on 3 separate occasions.

What is the permanent solution?
