Hello Bluemoon, Automation Anywhere's Email Trigger will let you know when a new email will arrive in your inbox. You can set the email trigger for that task by Opening Automation Anywhere and clicking on the "Trigger" tab. Select "Trigger type" as "Email messages", "Action" as "When new Email arrives", Set the "Host", "Port", "User-Name" and "Password". Make sure that your outlook is configured with your email account. You can build a task by inserting an proper delay which will give a buffer for the new email to get dropped in your outlook inbox. Afterwards, with proper sequences of keystroke, you can open the new email and print it according to your requirement. Thanks & Regards |

Hi, I am a newbie, but encountered a similar issue and found it was because I had not licenced the Integration Add-On. Also, after getting the add-on: for me, one very important negative side effect of using this option was that it checks every incoming message, therefore making them no longer (Unread) so you may have a tough time figuring out which is new mail to you if it is monitoring your mailbox. I am using version 6.1 Good luck! |

Hi Bluemoon, Welcome Randall Hodges. The solution provided by Randall Hodges with respect to the email trigger option being not available is correct. You may need the Integration add-on to view the option. However as a work around, if you can create a folder under Lotus Notes and on the last day of the week manually add all the respective e-mails you need to print in that particular folder, then using a combination of 'Insert Keystroke' command we can have Automation Anywhere highlight and print the e-mails one by one. Do let us know if it sounds workable. |
