Default Permission Denied

I recently created a small task to defragment the C:\ drive. I had created the task as a test only. Now when I try to delete the task it tells me permission denied.

I am logged into the system as the Administrator and have full permission to all folders. I tried stopping the AutomationAnywhere service, same issue.

Any suggestion will be appriciated.

Thank you

Hello Clay,

Can you please try this?
Close Automation Anywhere completely. If you can find Automation Anywhere icon in you system tray (bottom right hand corner) right click on it and select “Exit”.

Go to My Documents\Automation Anywhere\Automation Anywhere\My Tasks and try to delete the task (.atmn file) from here.
