Selecting submenu

I want to be able to click on one of the main menu options.

Example: CRM, the cloud, and the social enterprise - salesforce.com
There are main menu items like- products, solutions, Services, customers etc on the top
If i want to click on the "Service Cloud" option of main menu item "Product", how do i do that in task editor?

Can anybody help me with that?

Hello SBDT,

For your requirement, you can use "manage web controls" command which is a sub-command of "Web Recorder" command in the command list when you will open the "task editor" in Automation Anywhere.

Simply type in the URL (in your case-http://www.salesforce.com/in/?ir=1) on which you want to click on the sub-menu "Service Cloud", Click on "launch" button in "manage web controls" window. This will open CRM & Cloud Computing - salesforce.com India website. Now click on the "capture" button in "manage web controls" window. Hover the mouse on "Product" menu item and click on "Service Cloud" sub menu (this will capture the click on "Service Cloud").
