Question How Do I Insert A Space Bar Keystroke

I wrote a task that fills out an online form. In this form there are some check boxes that I need Automation Anywhere to automaticly check off.

The problem is that using the insert mouse command is not reliable or accurate enough.

Another way to be able to do this would be to tab into a check box field and tap the space bar to enable the check box. The problem is that in the Insert Keystrokes dialog box the [SPACE BAR] command/keystroke is missing and I haven't been able to enter it manually without getting an error.

So how can I Insert a [Space bar]?

Hello,

You can simply insert space (i.e. hit spacebar) in 'Keystrokes:' area and save the command.

Alternatively, use Web recorder tool to fill an online form. . Web Recorder understands all web controls. If websites change and web controls move, Automation Anywhere will find the correct controls and the task will continue to work. You can use this tool to automate any web tasks like login to websites, search for items, submit forms, update records, automate ERP web front end, extract web data, testing an online application etc.

You can view a demo on how Web Recorder works at,

Hope that helps. If you could send us URL of website, we would be able to help you more with specific task.
