Black sreen while using error handling snapshot

Hi,

I made some task and set it to run in schedule mode. One of the steps in the task is error handling with snapshot.

When I run the task manually (I'm logged in) the picture is correct.
If the task is running on schedule mode (using autologon) image is all black.

I am using Windows XP with classic logon screen.

What can I do to screenshots were not black?

We could not reproduce the scenario at our end. Can you please send us your task so that we can try reproducing the exact scenario and suggest the possible solution?

You can locate your task by selecting your task from Task List, right clicking that particular task and selecting 'Locate on disk' from context menu.

It would help us investigate further.
