Default Run-time error '70' Permission denied

Hi

I want to use Automation Anywhere to make multiple entries to a web application from a spreadheet

I am using 5.0 trial

The web page is an internal company application accessable from LAN or https from outside. THe application fronts a SQL database.

The site requires permissions but it auto logs on from my PC as it is set to picks up my Windows credentials (NTLM pass-through verified by AD security)

Web recorder successfully loads the home page and "New Project" form so has already passed the login stage

However as soon as I try to enter any data whilst recording the input is ignored.

When I press any button on the Automation toolbar e.g stop recording I get the error message: Run-time error '70' Permission denied.

I have administrator privileges on my PC and to the web application

Any suggestions?

Hello,

This is very strange as we have never heard or seen such type of behaviour before. However, let us investigate.

Can you please tell us on which OS you are evaluating the product?

Can you please try entering data on some other website and see if you still get the same error?

It would help us investigate further.
