Let's say my AA macro is tabbing thru an internet page, and sitting on a checkbox. Is there a way to then 'read' or determine what position the cursor is on, and then use that position to do a mouseclick a fixed distance horiz and vertically to the right of it? I.e. I can tab to the checkbox, then need to doubleclick a phone number to the right of it so I can copy/paste it and examine it. Any code example or description would be appreciated, thanks! Marky |

Hello, You can use 'Extract Data' command of Web Recorder to extract the phone number into user variable that can be used later in the task. Automation Anywhere provides a powerful tool, Web Recorder that understands all web controls. If websites change and web controls move, Automation Anywhere can still find the correct controls. You can view a demo on how Web Recorder works at, Automation Anywhere - Learning Center If you can give us URL of website you are working with, we would be able to create a specific task for your reference. Hope that helps. |
