Default Incorrect Email Date and Time

When Automation Anywhere sends out email in my tasks the date and time that are shown in Thunderbird is "12/31/1969 6:00 PM". If I pull down the same email in Outlook the date and time are correct. Is there a way for me to fix this?

Thanks,
Matt

Hello Matt

If you send the mail through outlook program, then the date & time are correct. This means that system’s date & time settings are correct. Now what you can do is you can check date & time settings of Thunderbird program.

What you can do is you can import settings from outlook. For this you can click tools->import->settings in the main window of thunderbird mail program. And you can import settings. This problem may also appear if ‘config’ file of the program is corrupted. To correct this, you can reinstall program.

What happens when you send an email form outlook to your thunderbird program? Does it show the date correctly for that email?

I imported the settings during the initial setup of Thunderbird. If I send email from outlook to thunderbird the date and time are correct. It's only when the email is generated from automation anywhere and sent through outlook that the date and time are incorrect once it's received in thunderbird. I tried reinstalling thurnderbird, but I still have the same problem.

Hello Matt,

We were able to reproduce the problem with old date in thunderbird exactly the same way you are seeing.

We have forwarded the issue to the development team to fix it in the next release.

Thank you for pointing it out to us.
