Default Automation Anywhere 5.0 AutoLogin

Hello,

I have had no success with the Automation Anywhere Auto login. I find that every time the computer reboots the automation software does NOT login properly. I have all the fields setup right, however it does not seem to work.

I am using it with Windows server 2008. The password is already configured in the settings.

Any light you can shed on this would be great appreciated.

Thank you

Hello,

Unfortunately, Auto-Login feature is currently not supported in Windows server 2008 and Windows Vista.

Angry What about Automation Anywhere Service?

What about Automation Anywhere Service? How come I cannot get the service to install on Windows Server 2008.

Also when your site said you support Windows Server 2008. So I set it up using Server 2008. Your site didn't mention anything about some features not being supported.

Thank you

Hello,

Automation Anywhere Service.exe is needed for Auto-login feature and as this feature is currently not supported in Windows server 2008 hence Automation Anywhere Service.exe is not installed on your machine.

Angry Would've been nice to know

Would've been nice to know before I setup my whole machine as 2008. When I saw that you support 08 I installed it on 08. Has a fix been released for this yet?

Thank You
