Hello, The error that you receive indicates that there is a conflict between the ayir.exe and the version of product. If you have upgraded your product then you need ayir.exe of the upgraded version. Can you please send us screenshot of Properties window of ayir.exe file? It would help us investigate further. |

To copy variables.dat file, first exit from Automation Anywhere completely i.e. even from system tray by right clicking Automation Anywhere icon and selecting Exit option. Then copy variables.dat file located under, ‘C:\...\My Documents\Automation Anywhere\' folder. Hi. I've occured another problem. After downloading one more time ayir.exe and copying it into the Automation Anywhere installation folder, every task doesn’t work. When I want to run it, task is starting to run but doesn’t execute any steps. Do I have to reinstall Automation Anywhere? After reinstallment of application, registraion key will be still active? Please answer. |
