We created a script to create a new folder on two different mapped drives. Within one of these new folders are 5 new sub-folders. Everything works good except when we run the script and decide to cancel out, it still creates the folders from the previous run. Can someone help? Attached is the script. thanks, Red-Dog

Hello, While Automation Anywhere is running your task if you wish to abort it i.e. stop running your task, then keep the Escape key pressed for 2-3 seconds and repeat this till you see status window or run time window at the bottom right corner. Automation Anywhere will take few seconds to finish this task so you can insert 'Prompt for Yes/No' command to get confirmation for folder creation. For your convenience, we have amended your task. Please copy it under location, 'C:\...\My Documents\Automation Anywhere\Automation Anywhere\My Tasks' folder. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the help. I copied the revised file to my work station ... where I initially have the demo version working. Your suggestions work great no problems but on the workstation that I need to install this on, it does not work properly. The "jobno" variable does not work. It just prints the "jobno" label where it was supposed to pick up other characters. It also does not create a folder to the "S/" drive mapping. It's weird because it works perfectly on my workstation. Do you think this is a security issue? All I did was copy your version back to the correct directory path of the user. I also copied the same file to my workstation and it works fine. Any suggestions would be welcomed. thanks, Red-Dog
