web recorder

cannot start web recorder, After typing URL and click on start, it just hangs,and it says application is being used by another process,switch to or retry, clicking stop recording gives run time error,remote procedure fail error. Please let me knw what could be the problem..

Can you please try restarting your machine? If it doesn’t help, please send us screenshot of error that you receive so that we can actually see. Also, please send us URL of website so that we can try reproducing it at our end.
