| I read through the forum and found someone who had the same issue I am having. But there was not a definitive resolution to the problem. I am using AA 4.5.2 premiere version which should allow up to 25 machines to run an exe My problem is on the original box I installed it on I cannot get the application to load since the first time I installed the license key and the airy file then ran it. Since then it flashes loading then does nothing. AA Support gave me tips about uninstalling and renaming the folders, did that and still does not work. Uninstalled it from that machine...which I really would like to use. Installed it on another machine and it works fine. Except the exe files now do not work on the test machines it only works on the machine with AA installed on it. My test environment is made up of 5 machines 4 xp boxes and 1 win2k box. Does anyone have a suggesttion on what else I need to try. I cannot reimage my boxes because they are setup to be just like my user environment. yes I have rebooted the machines uninstalled the software checked the registry for straggling aa files. So far I have spent more time troubleshooting the software than using it. |

| Hello, Could you please tell us do you get an error while running exe on remote machine? If yes then can you please send us screenshot of it so that we can actually see and help you resolve it? We would appreciate if you could send us the task for which you have created the executable. You can locate your task by selecting your task from Task List, right clicking that particular task and selecting 'Locate on disk' from context menu. Otherwise, you can also send text format of task. For that, open your task in a Task Editor, go to Tools->Save as text file and send this text file. Hope that helps. |
