Newbie question

I'm trying to automate a task of visiting several websites, filling in web forms, and downloading custom text files from these sites. The files are generated by the forms, so I can't download them directly. AA does great with the web forms, but I'm having trouble when it gets to the "file download" dialog (open, save, cancel). Once it clicks save, AA seems to hangup on the download and I never see the next dialog "Save As". Has anyone else dealt with this issue?
