adding toolbars to IE

I've got the enterprise version.

I'd like to put TOOLBARS with added buttons on our IE6 that invoke AA EXEs.

I'd like to deploy on about 100 desktop PCs in 3 locations.

What are the steps involved?

Can I run the EXEs entirely from network drives?
Or do I have to install something on each PC?
