automate COMPACTING OUTLOOK pst files

Is there a sample that I can use to automate compacting OUTLOOK PST files?

something to use the EMAIL shortcut in control panel to compact each file in the data files

Note: This task is built on Windows XP as we were not sure about your operating system, so for other OS it could be possible that the keystrokes may differ. However the concept remains the same.
