Default Downloading a file

Hello All,
I am logging into an HTTPS website with my usename and password. After i get looged in i cam doing a web extraction of a list of hyperlinks to files i want to download. After the csv file is created i am opeing that list and downloading each file on that list. The problem is i think when the download file option goes to the site from the CSV file it is trying it in a new browser window that is not logged into this HTTPS site. Is there a way to have it use the same browser it got the list from?
thanks
matt

Hello Matt,

We recommend you to try using Navigate URL command. This command will load URL in the same browser. By using this option, since we are using same browsing session, possibly it will not be asking for the Username and Password.

So, in your task while launching the URLs from the CSV file instead of using “Open Browser” command, select “Navigate URL” command from the available options in Web Recorder in Task Editor.
