Unable to create EXE in v. 4.0

I was an AA 3.5 user and upgraded to AA4.0 last month. I just tried to create an EXE using 4.0 and received a message that I needed to follow the steps to install this functionality from the email I received.

I went to the email and thought perhaps it was a key registration issue, and so copied and pasted the information in the registration key fields. I received the attached error when trying to enter the information.

I was able to create the EXE using AA 3.5, but need to be able to utilize this feature from AA4.0. Please advise.
