My executable is still didn't work...

Hi.
I have problem on creating executable of my task using AA Enterprise 4.0.

I made very very simple task that just open c:\windows\notepad.exe.
- Text format of my task : Open "C:\WINDOWS\NOTEPAD.EXE "
And I made 'EXE' & run that executable.
But this executable doesn't work properly.
My task works well by 'Run' button on AA 4.0 Editor.
This executable stop just after showing 'Loading' dialog window.

I append my executable and executable made by AA support team also.
Executable made by AA support team also doesn't work on my PC.

I'm using Korean Windows XP (SP2).

Doesn't AA Executable work properly on Korean Windows ?
What's the problem ?
How can I make proper executable or how can I config my PC to run my AA Task ?

I tested my executable at various regional & language options and attached results below.

1. I changed 'Regional Options' -> 'Standards and formats' to 'English (US)'
-> nothing changed (my executable still doesn't work)

2. I changed 'Languages' -> 'Details' -> 'Default input language' to 'English (US)'
-> nothing changed (my executable still doesn't work)

3. I changed 'Advanced' -> 'Language for non-Unicode programs' to 'English (US)'
=> I got very strange result...
- When I got error message after running my executable such as...
'This program has been damaged, possibly by a bad sector of the hard drive or a virus. Please reinstall it.' (I attached this error message)
- All AA executables showed same error message and any other executables are normal.
- Also, AA editor program doesn't work. When I run AA, I can only see 'Loading' dialog box for a moment.

I think AA has some problem about Unicode.

I hope to clear up this problem quickly.

I tested on English Windows XP.

AA works well on English Windows XP.

I think AA works wrong on Korean Windows XP.
