fine now after the re-install.

could you ask development to LIST THE FILE NAME when the have a missing file.
Perhaps it is possible to recover it some how.

also,
could you test your process that you suggested above on W7?
I could never get the OLD version of WSH to execute to re-install.
Perhaps there is a newer process that is needed?

here is my post from above
****************************
...
when I tried to install the
Windows Script Host 5.7 for MS WINDOWS XP

I get a message that there is not enough memory -
even though I have 4 gig or real and 8 gig of virtual.

And over 43 gig of free disk space on the C drive.

**********************?????????????????are you sure that this
Windows Script Host 5.7 for MS WINDOWS XP
can be used on WINDOWS 7?

************* are you able to run this file on WINDOWS 7?????

Hello Phil,

Windows Script Host file normally works for other operating systems too, but we are not sure why it’s not working in your case. However, we tried hard to search Windows Script Host file specific for Windows 7, but we were not successfully in finding it.

We have already forwarded your request of listing the missing files while displaying the error message to our development team. Possibly this enhancement will be included in future release of Automation Anywhere.
