Default Macro noob, please help

Hi, im new to using macros or programs like this, but I have a grand scheme in mind and I was hoping some people with the "know-how" could point me in the right direction.

To put it simply I play an online video game which requires doing the same thing over and over and over and over, to basically no end. And i honestly don't have time for this. So I was considering setting up a group of situational macros that could that could do that simple, repetitive task for me. What i mean by "situational" is, for example, "if color at position {x,y} changes to {black} than halt macro A and repeatedly run macro B until color at position {x,y} changes to {green}, than resume macro A"

If someone could please point me in the right direction by suggesting a few programs I could use, im sure i could figure it out from there. Ty in advance
