How to use the Excel created by one Task in other Task?

Hi,

We are using Automation Anywhere 4.0 Enterprise version.

I was trying, to open an Excel once, using a task, and then the same excel to be used by other tasks following it.
Example:
Task1 Opened a Excel: Test.xls with Session name: Test. The Task2 can not set the values in the same excel using the same Session name.

I just have to Open and Close the excel in every task.

Please Suggest some thing to ignore the above labour of writing same commands in hundreds of tasks.
